Panéd Buffalo Short Rib in Creamy Cheddar Polenta, “Red Wine”

Appetizer:
Stone Crab Claws served with an Herbed English Mustard Aioli served
with two Champagne selections by Dexter
Soup:
Pumpkin and Coconut Soup scented with Lemon Grass and garnished
with Red Chili seared Prawns
Fish:
Herb crusted Filet of Dover Sole stuffed with Seafood Mousse then
broiled with Key Lime Butter and served on a bed of braised Leeks
topped with a warm Yellow Pepper Puree.
Meat:
Bone in Veal Rib Chop marinated with Rosemary, grilled and served
with fried Green Lentil Quinquinelles, Celery Root Puree and a Chanterelle
Veal Jus Lie’
Dessert:
White Chocolate Mousse filled Puff Pastry served with a Fudge dipped
Strawberry and Pineapple skewer.
